I'll need to create many tasks by working on T158739: Create a Github notification bot for phabricator.
Centralize them under a project will be beneficial.

Project to create a @gerritbot -like bot that add a comment in linked Phabricator task when a Pull-request is open on Github. See {T158739}.

@Framawiki: Hi, there is both https://github.com/framawiki/Github-notif-bot/issues and https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/maniphest/?project=PHID-PROJ-qivzb7ypl2ernunlcft6 . Where is the canonical place for tasks, to avoid duplication of requests and fragmentation of conversations? Could one place be disabled?
