Viewing the page source, it's indeed <legend>Reasons to delete «Http&#58;www.example.com/»</legend>
The content of http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Delete-legend is "Reasons to delete «{{FULLPAGENAME}}»"
Couldn't reproduce on pages not following an url pattern.
