Description

Before th upload gets properly started a small number of images should be uploaded for review purposes.

Before the actual upload just the file description pages can be dumped to a page. using the preview mode in batchUploadTools

Note that this can be done in parallel with T158402: Make BatchUploadTools work with file-over-url
