To mirror eqiad's kubernetes cluster we will need 2 kubernetes masters on ganeti, with an LVS service IP doing loadbalancing between the 2. Since in codfw we have multi-row ganeti support we should have 1 master on row B and 1 master on row A

kubernetes master acrab and acrux are up and running and LVS service IP 10.2.1.8 corresponding to kubemaster.svc.codfw.wmnet is also up and running. Resolving this
