Some lists in Wikipedia are created via tables. It is not and ideal way, but it works this way. Thus it would spare editors time scrolling up, if the header could travel or be fliped to the top of the browser window, how it works in some tables editors that the header is always visible.

We could do this, but I worry about getting the look of the page as you edit too far away from how it appears when you read. I don't think we should implement this until T42763: Implement repeated/fixed/floating/sticky table headers as a feature is provided in general.
