It full of weird stuff and grammar mistakes that should be fixed by someone with really good English, maybe en-gb could be even merged into it, I don't really know if there is a big need for "British" English version, I think that main reason for this new language was that someone had a big problems with the en.xml file and they didn't find a better way to fix it
