Description

Flagged Revisions have been deployed on some wikis now inactive where nobody review anymore.

In one example identified by this tool, sq.wikipedia, we reach 810 days.

Agree that flagged revs without active maintenance is more harmful than helpful. On the other hand, can we deactivate it even if they do not reply?

It can be converted to stable at any time. PS: the PageCuration is likely as I said before.
