Time-window compaction is not present in Cassandra 3.7. If we move to production with 3.7, we will need to create and deploy (and test) an additional build.
NOTE: 3.10 ships with time-windowed compaction

Since we seem to be firmly dependent on a version of Cassandra >> 3.10, and since TWCS is shipped in Cassandra >= 3.10, I think we can safely close this issue.
