This task will track the receiving, racking, setup, and installation of the 4 new ganeti hosts ordered on T161702.
Racking Proposal: These all need to be in different rows (and if possible racks) from the existing ganeti hosts in eqiad. ganeti1001-1004 are all located in row C, so please locate these in any row other than C, and spread them across 4 racks. (This racking plan was reviewed with @akosiaris & @RobH via irc.)

- - rack system with proposed racking plan (see above) & update racktables (include all system info plus location)
- - bios/drac/serial setup/testing
- - mgmt dns entries added for both asset tag and hostname
- - production dns entries added (internal subnet)
- - network port setup (description, enable, internal vlan)
- - operations/puppet update (install_server at minimum, other files if possible)
- - OS installation
- - puppet/salt accept/initial run
- - handoff for service implementation
