First two wikis have already been closed.

I can save preferences on both, so the databases must not be locked.

I also just changed a page at ch.wikt: http://ch.wiktionary.org/wiki/Special:RecentChanges

Oh, sorry, the Main Page was protected - it was not the database that had been locked. So it's only the first wiki that is locked.

The database is not locked, see [[Special:Sitematrix]]. But some kind of edit permission was revoked for normal users.
