The steps to join up on tools.wmflabs.org are now quite outdated.

You can make an account and add an ssh key but you can no longer request access because https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:FormEdit/Tools_Access_Request is now missing.

I guess this should now point to https://toolsadmin.wikimedia.org/.

However if you can also register for an LDAP account here so it should probably be removed from the list of steps since new users will then be unable to follow the wizard (since their name will already exist).

Perhaps it should also document that if your name does exist then you need to log in to toolsadmin and navigate to the "tools" sidebar to be offered the chance to register for tools.
