Incorrect BBR id linked from images

Description

In the course of investigating T164717: Fall back on Listed building in municipality category it was discovered that 18 images link to ids which cannot be resolved in bbr.

These should ideally be resolved in KMB before we go ahead with the upload.

KMB has been notified with the errors (and objects containing them). I'll report back when i get a progress update.

The first 15 have been corrected now.

And now the last three too.
