User story

As a user with multiple offline compilations downloaded, I want to be able to access content from each particular collection.

Proposed solution

Allow users to select and change which offline compilation to use when offline.

If there is only one compilation, it is the designated "Primary" or default one used
If there are multiple compilations downloaded, the user may tap on the overflow on a compilation to set that as the primary compilation.

NOTE: Ideally, all compilations downloaded would be available at once, but it requires more technical exploration so has been filed separately as T166562.
