Notify users searching whilst offline that results are limited to available offline articles

Description

When offline, searching Wikipedia lets user know that that only available offline results are being displayed, i.e., only from the active compilation (ZIM) file, articles from reading lists.

User story

As an user that searches on Wikipedia both online and offline, I want to know when search results are only limited to content available offline.
