This is an external wiki, I don't think that it should be in this file.

This is also a mediawiki wiki. It is maintained by wikistats and the family file is part of the framework (might be due to historical reasons). I see no reason neither to remove it from family file folder nor to remove it out of the scrope for this service script.
Currently the sites seems down since 22.05.2017 (see https://wikistats.wmflabs.org/display.php?t=an)
Last active was 16.05.2017 (see http://downuptime.net/anarchopedia.org.html)
We could remove this family it it is not reconnected, let's say til end of this month.
