Event Timeline

Hi @Aklapper , thank you for providing the documentation of how to create a project. After I read this, I have the following questions:

  • I am wondering should I use #WMTW-Community instead of #Wikimedia-Taiwan-Community as following the best practice of the naming? Do you have other affiliate's projects name for example? I don't want to be inconsistent.
  • It seems like I only want to create a single project.
  • I don't understand the function of additional hashtag. Does that mean it will appear automatically "zh.wikipedia" if I request it as an additional hashtag whenever I add #WMTW-Community ?
  • It seems like if I want to the project to be publicly accessible, I don't need to request a space?

Thank you for your patience, I know it has been 3 years for me to use phabricator, but really try to read all the documentation in English is still difficult for me. (or maybe even it's in Chinese will be also be blur for me, ha)

Reason?

Both works. Let's go for WMTW and set the long version as an additional hashtag. :)

  • I don't understand the function of additional hashtag.

See https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Phabricator/Creating_and_renaming_projects#Good_practices_for_name_and_description

  • It seems like if I want to the project to be publicly accessible, I don't need to request a space?

No, Spaces are for completely isolated tasks. See https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Phabricator/Creating_and_renaming_projects#Restricting_access_via_Space_policies

So we still need a project description here, preferably with a link to more info about Wikimedia Taiwan - maybe https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimedia_Taiwan ?

Anyone who can please offer a description how this project will be used? :)

Sorry for the delay. My inbox is a black hole.

May I propose the following description: "This project is for the public
accessible tasks related to the community engagement of Wikimedia Taiwan.
The affiliate uses private Trello for internal discussion and only the
board and permitted personnels have the access right of Trello. "

+1, but what's your decision of the type of project? Group, Umbrella, or others?

Aklapper claimed this task.

Group. :)
