Description

More that 2,000 bounced emails like "Subject: Job 5867854 (IaBWWorklistPrepare) Rescheduled". The merlbot tool has been shutdown for nearly a year (T121279) and @Merl is the only listed maintainer of merlbot2.

@bd808: Three years later, can this task be closed? Don't want stalled tasks to be around for ages for unclear reasons...
