Once we have a good enough model for draftquality, it'd do good to move forward hosting the dataset on labs with queries for new drafts.

@Sumit: As this task was tagged with DBA, could you elaborate what you expect the database admins to do here, and "when"? Thanks!

@Aklapper I was not aware that DBA would require immediate action, this task still needs some discussion, removing currently.
