The timeline and popups can be explored a bit using the keyboard and navigating with the sliders. But overall the whole structure is not transparent to a screen reader. There's not context given on what's going on when tabbing though the interface. And in contrary to the immediate visual feedback sighted users get from seeing the popups there's nothing similar for screen reader users.
