In Chinese, there are two kind of character system (simplified and traditional) and several kind of presenting system (zh-tw, zh-cn, zh-hk) . We usually change the charater via ZhConversion.php. However, it seems that it's not working on printing PDF.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:%E9%A6%96%E9%A1%B5
2. Click "下載成 PDF" at left frame
3. Download the File

and you could find that two kind of character were mixed together.
