We currently leave the description area blank on horizontal cards when there is no Wikidata description available, it'd be great to include the summary extract for additional context instead.

Testing criteria
- Load detail view for Explore "In the news" item
- The smaller side-scrolling horizontal cards should all have both a title and a description. Formerly some of the descriptions were missing.
- Repeat with an "On this day" detail view

Testing on iPhone 6s (iOS 10.3.3) and Wikipedia app 5.6.0 (1175). As seen in the below screencaps the descriptions are visible so this is fixed.
