"Details" box in tasks should be hidden if empty

Description

I don't remember any task where Details section is filled with content (but maybe there is some). But if it is empty, it should be hidden at all, right? I went through many tasks today and all of them has got this empty section.

Depends on your point of view. If you want a consistent UI that shows the same stuff at the same place even if the stuff is not used, you may disagree... :)
