Write blog post on Training Modules launch
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

Training modules will officially launch at the end of June 2017. Would be awesome to write a blog post on this to better publicise the work to a wider audience.

Of course, this doesn't mitigate a need to communicate to the community as well, and I know many of them do not frequent the blog.

@Zppix: I don't see a relation to technical aspects (yet). Which is what the scope of Tech News is?

Going to be working on this for an early July publication if we can do it.

@jrbs the blog could serve as a base, and community communications can give a quick summary and point to the blog for more? Looking forward to this!

Sounds good - let's use T168084: Communicate completed Training Modules and "Keeping Events Safe" booklet for that discussion!

Edits are now in - passing to @EdErhart-WMF for comment.
