"WT:" wasn't discussed and completely senseless. Aliases for talk namespaces are not practiced in ruwiki.

"WT:" was offered by Sunpriat, and it didn't cause any objection. We already have two alias to the "Обсуждение участника:" ("User talk:") space: "UT:" and "ОУ:". So I don't see any problem.

I object. Unlike "user talk", "wikipedia talk" namespace used very weakly and there are completely no sense to create alias for it.
