It would be very beneficial to have set up an agenda for the meeting to ensure the idea of what we are trying to do is clear.
As part of this we should also figure out if (and if so what) we are offering the participants in terms of fika.

About fika etc. I guess that depends somewhat on when we end up having the meeting.
