For VoiceOver users, we default to showing the list view. This is a good move, but the state toggle says map view, which causes VoiceOver to read "map view" as the current state.
Testing Criteria
Ensure that the list view is visible instead of map view and that the list icon in the toggle at the top right of the screen has a blue background instead of white.

The toggle says map view because it would switch to map view - the title probably just needs a verb - "Switch to map view"
Testing on iPhone 6s (iOS 10.3.3) and with Wikipedia app 5.5.1 (1157). I don't understand fully how to test this but I attached 2 screencaps below that seem to match the written expected results a bit.
Tested on iPhone 7+ with iOS 10.3.2, iPhone 5s with iOS 10.2, and iPad Mini 2 Retina on 10.2.1 on App version 5.5.1 (1162)
List view is present and icon is highlighted.
