Reading list sync prompt should be dismissed when user logs in

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open the feed.
  2. Log in.
  3. Tap the reading list tab.

Expected results

The prompt to log in is never shown.

Actual results

A prompt to log in is shown. When the log in button on the prompt is pressed, a fresh log in screen is shown.

Testing on Samsung-SM-JI20A Galaxy Express 3 (Android 6.0.1) and Wikipedia app 2.6.198-alpha-2017-06-27. This is fixed as there is no prompt on the Reading List screen to log in if I'm already logged in with a user account.
