Some modules in pywikibot documentation are missing

Description

Pywikibot documentation build at http://pywikibot.readthedocs.io/en/latest/pywikibot/#subpackages and at https://doc.wikimedia.org/pywikibot/ does not contain eventstreams.py for example.

Also the API reference for scripts is missing at https://doc.wikimedia.org/pywikibot/

@Xqt What is the state of this task?

As I see it, eventstreams.py issue looks solved and many other modules are also ok since T185082 was solved. The readthedocs issue is more issue of T187008. And finally API reference for scripts is missing, but docs for scripts are mostly ok and should do. Could you please make the description more concrete if there are still issues which should be solved in this task?
