This is basically the same as for the whole group, but maybe more confusing in a single-checkbox context.

It depends on the user intent. I can imagine that a user searching for Wikidata in this context is looking to activate such filter, which should not be problematic.
Maybe there are other scenarios where the user has a different intent, fell free to add more details if that is the case.

I see this filter as a yes/no option, like in "Do you want to see Wikidata edits on RC changes?"
At the moment, there is this show/hide option in the RCs, which is apparently not possible in the Beta:
