Description

I get that error after trying to translate https://test.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Requests/Tools after marking it for translation. Tried it with another page. Same thing. Tried it on mediawiki.org. It worked fine.

Please always provide a URL to an example page so other people can try to reproduce.

This is a known problem in test.wikipedia.org. Something is breaking the message index there.
