At least one application (an early one - https://wikipedialibrary.wmflabs.org/applications/evaluate/22/) appears to have been Sent to Partner twice. This wouldn't be an issue except that it reset Days Open to 1. Not sure how that happened or if it's likely to have happened elsewhere.
