Or what I should do? send to sysadmins in IRC? and I assignee @Marostegui because I deal with him many time in tasks like this one!
The Assigned To field is to indicate who is currently working at this task. Just wait till somebody would claim the task theyself. He isn't the only one person who can deal with such requests technically AFAIK.
