As a tech supporter/developer,
I want to be able to turn payment methods on and off in a central place for donations and memberships individually,
so that in case of emergency or when new payment types are rolled out, I can be sure payments can be processed.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Membership payment types (at the moment direct debit and Paypal) can be toggled from the configuration
