Search results pages should include a wiki-markup friendly version of their URL

Description

Issue: A search for example, for the complex string ", or submit your link to the relevant category at the Open Directory Project (dmoz.org) and link back to that category using the {{dmoz}} template" produces a page of results whose URL is (on the English Wikipedia, for example):

https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?search=insource%3A"%2C+or+submit+your+link+to+the+relevant+category+at+the+Open+Directory+Project+(dmoz.org)+and+link+back+to+that+category+using+the+{{dmoz}}+template"&title=Special:Search&profile=advanced&fulltext=1&ns0=1&ns1=1&ns2=1&ns3=1&ns4=1&ns5=1&ns10=1&ns11=1&ns12=1&ns13=1&ns14=1&ns15=1&ns100=1&ns101=1&searchToken=ddnsvzzoqfpzy2qsuq3crog3v

Pasting this URL into wikimarkup, either directly, or as part of a wikilink, produces malformed results; as seen at:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Pigsonthewing/bad_search_URL

While it is possible to URL-encode the URL, the correct way to do so is not apparent to most users. It is also not possible to use a URL shortener, as these are generally on spam blacklists.

Solution: The results pages should include a copyable, encoded link to the page, duly annotated so as to indicate its purpose.

This would work with a URL shortener that we currently don't have. I believe @Legoktm was working on this new functionality, maybe they can help with a new method for you to work on this angle.

I don't think that there is anything broken for us to fix at this time.
