@mmodell Sorry to bother, but it seems like there's now 2 duplicate items on the checklist for marking the repository as read-only on Gerrit. Could the former be removed? Thanks in advance!

@SamanthaNguyen: I've removed the duplicated entry (though Phab thinks I also changed the Priority field default, meh). Thanks for finding that!
