Based on this feedback.

Problem
When you review the history of a page diff by diff, you have to do the following:

1. access to the diff
2. scroll down if the diff is long
3. scroll up to have access to the "Newer edit" link or take any action (undo, thank...)

It takes time.

Suggestion
Duplicate the navigation menu at the bottom of the diff. (Illustration)
