According to the deleted history of the page Meat helmet, the page was created in February 2005 by the IP address 69.215.67.234. However, their deleted contributions do not list that article and only list one page that was deleted in October 2008. The same is true of the next editor of the article, Lord Pistachio, who requested the page for deletion but their edit isn't listed in their deleted contributions. Another example of the same phenomenon in action is the early edits to the Clinton Moore page.

If I didn't know any better, I'd say that this bug occurs because revisions deleted before Wikipedia was upgraded to MediaWiki 1.5 don't have a revision ID number (see T20104).

Marking as resolved, because the links appear to do what they're supposed to now. Also I undeleted the old revisions of the page Meat helmet which previously didn't have revision ID's and exported them to find out that their revision ID's were 834623930 and 834984315 (which indicates that the ID's were assigned around April 2018), a while after I reported this bug. Some process obviously went through and fixed the orphaned revision ID's. This bug is now fixed as far as I'm concerned.
