I'll need access to lcatools.corp.wikimedia.org to get the current API Keys.

Although, I realized that I may need to get a new OAuth Consumer anyways since I believe it's tied to a specific domain. :/

@Kalan @Jalexander got me access to the server, but if I understood him correctly, it's only accessible on the VPN.
