Feature-parity with non-Flow talk pages for moderation and protection.
This should be a parent to all Flow moderation and protection tasks that are required to achieve feature parity with non-Flow talk pages. It is currently incomplete.
Tasks related to history but not moderation/protection should be under T85563: StructuredDiscussions history page issues (tracking). It may also be under both.
