"Tool Labs" is being rebranded as Toolforge. I suggest that the associated standards committee also be renamed. The most literal renaming would be "Toolforge standards committee", but this is an opportunity to adjust the "standards committee" portion of the name as well if the current members feel that something slightly different would make them more recognizable in the Toolforge community or make the scope of their work more clear.
