Instead of "None of the uploads were successful." display what went wrong (an error message)
Closed, DeclinedPublic

Description

When an upload with the Commons Upload Wizard fails it should display an error message about what exactly went wrong such as "a file with this title already exists". As of right now it only displays "None of the uploads were successful." with a button to "Retry failed uploads" which is useless for actually correcting the error.

Furthermore if a file with that same name already exists it should display link to said image and preferably its thumbnail so users can check whether it's the same image.

It already does both of these things. Here's a screenshot of what I see:

If you see something else, please elaborate (and upload a screenshot too).

On your screenshot, it explicitly says that the image is a duplicate of an existing image, with a link to that other image.
In this specific case, we could probably get rid of the "retry" button, since it's not really a retryable error (unless you were to remove the duplicate, in which case you could retry).
But apart from that, I'm not sure what else we could do here? The detailed error information is there already.
