Description

Tasks to be completed related to the tune-up / new team structure in FY18:

  • rename phab board and tags to remove R&D references
  • request HR changes to the staff page
  • make changes to staff mailing list
  • update wiki page for Wikimedia Research on mediawiki.org
  • program-centric board
  • update names in other places (IRC, mailing lists if needed etc)
  • reschedule meetings and 1:1s
    • add team weekly check-in (in the week of August 28)
  • travel tracker sheet for FY18
    • ping Finance for travel budget figures: pending approval T173788
