When I change the title on import. The file will still be imported with the original title.

• import a file e.g. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Zeetelas_Logo.png
• change the title e.g. to Zeetelas
• now try to click the link where the file should be moved to e.g. File:Zeetelas.png
• the file will not be there
• try to import the same file again
• the importer will complain that the file already exists with following link File:Zeetelas_Logo.png
