Firewoman, for example, was tagged for RfD using Twinkle. It does not show the page curation toolbar when viewed by a user with "patrol" rights. The same problem occurs when tagged for CSD, as is the case with Sophia Alekseyevna of Russia (temp), for example. The behavior should be the same as if one were to manually add the CSD or RfD tag using the "edit" tab.

@kaldari is this something that was meant to work, or ever worked? I presume that in this case the page was NP-patrolled before it was tagged?
This request doesn't make much sense to me regardless, but maybe I'm missing something: if the page has been tagged CSD/RfD, doesn't that mean it has already been triaged?
Well, not necessarily. Anyone can tag it for deletion (with any of the deletion types), but they may not be a patroller.
Don't know exactly what the scenario really is here, though.
I don't understand what this bug is asking for. Firewoman doesn't show up at Special:NewPagesFeed because it isn't a new article. It was created in 2015. I'm not sure about Sophia Alekseyevna of Russia (temp), as I can't see that article. Special:NewPagesFeed and the Curation Toolbar are only for new pages.
