Description

User:WikiSysop has a number of advanced user-rights on Wikitech.
We don't believe the account is used at all. It is not listed in puppet/LDAP.
It is thought to be the initial account when Ryan built labsconsole and it just stayed around.
We should remove these rights, to avoid confusion.
