The whole deployment process is documented here: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Huggle/Deploying

• https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Meta:Huggle/List needs to be updated so that it contains record for lv wikipedia
• https://lv.wikipedia.org/wiki/Project:Huggle/Config.yaml needs to be created (you can just copy https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Huggle/Deploying/DefaultConfig.yaml there), then it needs to be adjusted to fit the target wiki
• Someone from lv community needs to be asked (probably here in this ticket) to supervise config page, some parts need to be translated and also warning templates need to be imported from enwiki and translated

Until config.yaml is finished I recommend making the project read only so that nobody can break it using misconfigured huggle.

I will assist with translations and other work.

So I created the config.yaml page for lativian Wikipedia, this is how the page looks like after copy pasted the code https://lv.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vikip%C4%93dija:Huggle/Config.yaml

Managed to get it running in read-only mode.

Remaining tasks: configuring warning templates, more translations in Config.yaml

I think this assistance task can be closed.
I have been using Huggle for patrolling for some time and the configuration is quite complete. There are some missing templates, but I can deal with these myself.
