Description

Currently these are a mixin for OOUI toolbar tools. They should be a PopupWidget extension that can be attached to any other widget (toolbar tool, button etc.), and available in MW core for other extensions to use (cf T165003)

What are Education Popups? Is it a gadget? I don't really understand this task. :-)

It's the blinky blue ball that turns into a bit of educational info for newbie users on the Link and Cite controls.
