On ar or fr, the "cookie statement" links to https://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/Cookie_statement. It should be https://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/Cookie_statement/ar or https://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/Cookie_statement/fr
The links like "Privacy policy" or "Developers" redirects to the translated pages. Maybe there is a Legal reason but it is confusing for users.
The "Privacy policy" link correctly redirects to the translated page, but not the "Developers" link (except for the few users that are registered and configured the desired language on MediaWiki) despite using [[Special:MyLanguage/How_to_contribute]].
Unregistered users that click on this link on a non english language Wikipedia should have the language of the source Wikipedia displayed if it exist.
de.wikpedia.org and es.wikipedia.org have the same "Developers" link.
es.wikipedia.org have a link to the translated https://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/Cookie_statement/es for the cookie statement.
Do translations exist? It seems like only a Spanish translation exists... which is linked to correctly on https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Portada.
I think this is just a case of a site request once those translations have been made? Perhaps a user-notice might help in getting this page translated and fixed if we're motivated.
