In the article [[Rules of Go]] on en.wiki, there are anchor links to other sections in the same page, for example, in the Basic Rules > Reference Statement section, there's a link for Rule 8. On mobile and desktop, this works as expected to go to the "Ko and Superko" section, which looks like this: ===={{anchor|Ko}} Ko and Superko====. In the Android app, the link does nothing. (Other anchor links that do not rely on the template, including for example the Rule 7 link on the same page, work as expected.)

Other related bugs (T147836) don't seem to describe quite the same behavior — currently, other in-page anchors seems to work, but not this one that utilizes the {{anchor}} template — so I'm not sure whether or not this is caused by T148645.
