The homepage glyphicons are currently bootstrap classes requiring javascript, and should be updated to static images to avoid use of javascript.

I looked into the documentation for this because I didn't think glyphicons were using javascript. I also turned off javascript in my browser and the icons still work. It is possible they aren't loading for a different reason.

I think we determined this was noscript-specific, in which case it's fine for it to be broken.
